Alumni Members

When classes in our chapter graduate and become alumni members, their pictures and information no longer appear on the Active Members page, for obvious reasons.  Instead of simply deleting them, a special section has been created and this information transferred here.  Click the link below to see these individuals:

A Letter from the Webmaster and Communications Chair

  ASHLEIGH JONES

Communications Chair

Welcome to the Delta Epsilon website! We designed this section just for you! We know that even though you’ve moved on to bigger, more exciting things, Tau Beta Sigma will always be a part of who you are. We want this page to be your link to keeping up to date with what is going on with us and a way to stay in touch with the brothers and sisters past and present. This website is one of the many changes we have been working on over the past few years, in order to better serve your needs.

Our chapter is very strong right now and moving in a positive direction. We wouldn’t be where we are, however, without the people who paved the way and set the precedent for us. Our goal is to make sure that the contact information we have for all of you is correct and then try to fill in the gaps in our data. We would also like to see the alumni be a more present body in our organization. We will do our best to keep the calendar up to date, in hopes that you might be able to attend a ritual or social event, if you are in the area. We know it would mean a lot to the current actives if any of you could come to our special events, especially throughout the Membership Education process.

So in closing, please contact us about any questions you have or if you can help us fill in some of the blanks for your respective classes. Any information would be appreciated. Enjoy the website and tell all your friends in the bond to check it out too!

Respectfully submitted ITB,

KATHY VARNEY ASHLEIGH JONES

Family Tree

As an alumni member of our chapter, the contribution you made when you were active should not be forgotten.  The most important traditions that have survived to this day are the families.  Over time, this history has been lost and we have tried to piece it back together as best we can.  This is why we have constructed the Delta Epsilon Family Tree.  The tree is solid and complete as far back as the mid 1990s, but before that the information starts to become less coherent.  If you or any of your fellow brothers and sisters can help complete the tree in any way, do not hesitate to send any relevant information to the webmaster.

Tribute to Michael J. Cifuentes

Mike Cifuentes was an active member of the Delta Epsilon chapter from 2000-2002 who was tragically taken from us far too soon due to his service in the United States Marine Corps.  Clicking the link below will take you to the modified news bulletin written by Miami University soon after his death that was on the main page of this website for some time.
